Sharing Costs
We ask that no check for the sharing costs be made
out as “rent.” We want all the churches in the building to share the
building as brothers and sisters and not as renters.
We believe the building really does belong to God and is to be used
to the fullest extent for
Kingdom of God purposes.
Someone’s name has to be on the title and someone has to
administrate the building for natural purposes. But other than that,
we want all the churches who share the building to get the word
renter out of their thinking.
We have three sanctuary complexes plus a
fellowship hall and kitchen in the building. This allows us
to have three churches meeting at the same time.
Sharing Plan
We have very flexible ways the building can be
used. Some churches only meet once per week. Others have a weekend
service and a week
night service.
Churches that choose to participate can schedule special events on a
first come first serve basis. We keep a schedule calendar on the web
site for all Multi-Church Center events.
Example 1: If your church wanted to have a fellowship dinner in the
fellowship hall, you would check the date on the calendar to see if
it was open and call the
Multi-Church Center (MCC) administrator to set your date and have it
entered on the calendar.
Example 2: We want pastors who are willing to be flexible and be
willing to work with the other pastor’s for special events. If you
want to have a revival or conference for a few nights during the
week, you would contact the MCC
administrator by email of your desire and plan. The MCC
administrator would forward your request to the other pastors who
use the part of the building you need and ask them to work out a
plan for their regular meeting to move to another part of the
building or meet off campus to facilitate the meeting.
Extras
Each sanctuary is equipped with padded seating,
high quality sound system, and video presentation system.
Baptisms from
any of the churches can be scheduled.
Currently there is no fee for that.
Part-time pastors have access to a shared office area. All pastors
have access to a conference room for study. The conference room can
also be reserved for staff
meetings or counseling as needed.
Each pastor has access to a computer with
High Speed Internet Service. The building has a wireless
system for those who use laptops. Each pastor also has access to
a high quality network photocopier/printer for 3 cents per copy.
